The authors have already obtained the theoretical wave chart of North Pacific Ocean in winter, using Mollie Darbyshire & L. Draper's table with the data of the Weather Maps. But the analysis was to be risen by the superior wind. In this paper, the wave height, the wind velocity and the wave period of all directions are shown and compared them with the meteorological reports by ships.
