小井眼钻具非线性力学分析及应用

摘要: 考虑钻具沿井深和井眼圆周方向的随机接触摩擦以及钻具在钻压、自重作用下的纵向弯曲,建立起小井眼下部钻具双重非线性力学分析模型,运用空间梁单元和多向接触摩擦间隙元进行求解。经现场试验表明:用该理论方法所设计组配的三稳定器和四稳定器防斜钻具组合起到了良好的防斜效果,机械钻速得到明显提高,为小井眼钻具设计提供了一种实用的计算方法。

Abstract: Considering both the random contact between BHA and hole wall along the well depth; hole circle direction and the BHA vertical bending cased by the drilling pressure and weight force, the double nonlinear mechanics model is presented for the slim hole BHA, which is solved by the beam element and multidirectional contact friction gap element.Two types of defense inclination BHA which has the third or the fourth stabilizers are designed and applied in drilling engineer, field tests shown that the effect of defense inclination is very good and drilling speed is incresed significantly.
