摘要: 利用Sonogashira反应,以较高的产率将苯并-15-冠-5-基团修饰到铁氢化酶活性中心,得到了结构新颖的ADT型模型化合物1,电化学研究表明该化合物能够催化还原醋酸放出氢气,具有明显的产氢活性.

Abstract: [Fe-Fe] Hydrogenases can catalyze proton into hydrogen(H2) reversibly in nature.Herein,a benzo-15-crown-5 modified [Fe-Fe] hydrogenase mimics 1 has been successfully synthesized by the Sonogashira reaction.Electrochemical studies indicate that 1 is an active catalyst for H2 production under the electrochemical conditions.
