The diversity of university constituents, including students, faculty, and staff, is increasing, and it is necessary to consider diversity and flexibility in the process and methods of a universityʼs professional development program. Additionally, issues concerning the process of program development should be discussed. The author will present questions and issues to each report, while placing the scope and perspective of each reporter in the framework of the ADDIE model.
