As the internal waves in the rotating ocean, where the oceanic currents predominate, are not yet discussed theoretically, the author has tried to estimate the effect of ocean currents upon the internal waves in two-layer ocean.
It is seen that the phase velocity of internal waves with the period of tides is influenced considerably by this current velocity.
