In this study, theoretical research on the mechanisms of artificial intelligence in
management systems and their application was conducted. Today, in most industries, human-made
processes are performed by information systems and machine systems. Such areas are growing day by
day. Along with the rapid growth of automation, the unemployment rate is also rising. Therefore, it is
becoming increasingly important to improve the living standards of the population and the use of
artificial intelligence technologies in management systems. The use of artificial intelligence
technology allows for a pre-analysis of processes, which of course allows for a pre-analysis of
tomorrow’s lifestyle. Increasing the data flow causes the problem of processing this data in a short
time. To solve this problem, one of the urgent issues is the development of mechanisms to automate
control systems and the application of artificial intelligence technologies in control systems. Based on
this, the article conducts research on the mechanisms of artificial intelligence technologies for control
systems and their application. The content of artificial intelligence technologies, the history of their
development, mathematical models and their application are given.
