Um estudo sobre os papéis propostos no XS-CMM em uma Empresa de Pequeno Porte
Resumo
Este artigo descreve uma experiência de aplicação do XS-CMM em uma empresa de pequeno porte, dando-se ênfase ao acúmulo e compartilhamento dos papéis propostos nesse modelo, em relação aos papéis definidos no SW-CMM. A experiência mostrou que, embora o modelo tenha como alvo esse tipo de empresa, ainda assim, os cargos e funções estabelecidos na empresa definem e exigem outros tipos de relacionamentos não previstos no modelo.
