Abstract

Latar belakang: Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang prevalensinya terus meningkat, oleh karenanya perilaku self-care hipertensi penting untuk dilakukan sebagai upaya mencegah keparahan serta komplikasi akibat hipertensi. Kepatuhan dalam melaksanakan self-care hipertensi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor.

Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku self-care hiperensi pada usia dewasa di Asia Tenggara.

Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan menggunakan PRISMA-ScR, database online yang digunakan untuk mencari artikel yang relevan adalah Pubmed, ProQuest, Science Direct dan Scopus.

Hasil: Dari 9 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi ditemukan beberapa faktor yang berhungan dengan perilaku self-care hipertensi yaitu sosiodemografi, riwayat kesehatan (keturunan, adanya penyakit lain, durasi sakit) serta faktor psikologi yang meliputi self efficacy, perceived benefit, perceived barrier, perceived seriousness, perceived susceptibility serta motivasi, pengetahuan dan dukungan sosial.

Kesimpulan: Dari tinjauan hasil, sebagian besar artikel menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, penghasilan, pendidikan, self efficacy, perceived benefit, perceived barrier, perceived seriousness, perceived susceptibility serta motivasi, pengetahuan dan dukungan sosial dengan perilaku self-care hipertensi.
