Approfondite ricerche d’archivio, bibliografiche e topografiche hanno consentito di recuperare preziosi dati utilizzati per la realizzazione della carta archeologica di Frascati, strumento di analisi basilare per ricostruire le dimensioni e l’articolazione plano-volumetrica della villa romana su cui, a partire dal medioevo, si sviluppò la celebre cittadina laziale.
