When increase stressful and traumatic situations for all people, and especially for women, during periods of crisis, specialists from different fields must quickly HTIFNM the task of developing effective methods to compensate for the negative consequences and ensure the rehabilitation of patients in a crisis situation. Among non-traditional approaches, one can single out EFL, Equine Facilitated Learning — one of the forms of animal therapy. EFL n, or effective interaction with the horse (from „ippo” — horse, and psychological „intervention”), is an area that combines various forms of contact with the horse, which have significant potential for psychotherapy and personal development.
This type of therapy is a powerful tool for people suffering from psychological problems, as it provides a unique opportunity to interact with horses and nature in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
