Speciální pedagogika osob s omezením pohyblivosti a koncept praxe založené na důkazech

Kantor Jiří, a kol.

The book provides an overview of several main areas of special education of people with reduced mobility, considering the scientific evidence related to these areas. In this way, it responds to the long-term lack of consideration of scientific evidence in the field of special education, not only in domestic but also in foreign literature. The publication also shows areas in which research is conducted with the greatest frequency, as well as areas in which scientific evidence is lacking, which can be useful information for future researchers.
According to the philosophy of the concept of evidence-based practice (EBP), the overviews of scientific evidence in this publication are primarily based on studies of the systematic review type, but we also included other reviews if they were based on systematic search of literature. In the individual chapters, we tried to consider the expert's point of view by inviting experts in the given fields as co-authors. We were also interested in the views and experiences of users, which we acknowledged mainly from the available qualitative systematic reviews.
