Absent pectoralis major and minor muscles in right hemithorax.
Right side of sternum is distorted .
Hypoplastic anterior arch of right ribs 3 and 4.
Absent right nipple, with small, flat subcutaneous soft tissue "nobbin" at its expected location.
Distortion of right hemithorax due to all of the above findings.
No traumatic finding.
Case Discussion
The patient was was taken to CT to rule out damage to internal organs and vessels - no traumatic finding whatsoever. Incidentally noted features of Poland syndrome.
