Heart size normal. Lungs clear.
Multiple round 3 mm densities projected over the left thoracic cavity and upper abdomen.
Case Discussion
This asymmetrical distribution of regular high density (metallic) foreign bodies are most in keeping with shotgun pellets in the soft tissues.
Similar appearances in a more orderly fashion, especially in females, may be from clothing artifact.
