Linear cortical/subcortical ribbon of hyperdensity in the right frontal lobe. 

Case Discussion

The appearances are those of an established infarction in the right frontal lobe with the hyperdensity focus appearing too prominent to be attributed only to cortical laminar necrosis, likely reflecting a component of cerebral hemorrhage
