Abstract

During the eighteen-year-period of establishing and developing, The Distance Training Center, under the management of Hue University, has successfully fulfilled its duties and developed in many fields. However, building corporate environment here still has some certain limitations. Therefore, conducting a survey to assess the reality in order to find out measures to build a positive corporate environment is really necessary, aiming to enhance the working efficiency for the stable and sustainable development of The Distance Training Center in the new circumstances.
