Abstrakt: The article deals with mentorship in operations. It describes general rules and conditions for effective mentorship and highlight specifics of military mentorship. The core of article compares and synthetizes rules and experiences from nowadays operations. The authors focused their point of view on andragogical, methodical and operational aspects and training development of course. There is solved tactical level of operations only.
