Technological developments today in an era where everything is changing so quickly has become very important for companies to follow and understand technological advances. Information system Application for employee leave is a type of application of information technology that is often implemented in a company. The employee leave application information system is intended to manage the application, approval, and monitoring of employee leave in a corporation. The procedure for requesting employee leave at PT Many issues arise as a result of this, such as processing time it takes to approve a leave application, the large possibility of administrative errors and lack of honesty. The creation of an online employee leave application information system is the goal of this study. System development was carried out by applying the Waterfall method. This study yielded outcomes, specifically an online method for employee leave applications that can be utilized to solve leave application issues and help manage and coordinate employee leave management at PT XYZ.
