However, with recent changes in the educational environment, it is expected that teaching tools and materials will also undergo major changes. In this study, we administered a questionnaire survey to teachers in charge of science classes at elementary and junior high schools in City A, Oita Prefecture, regarding their awareness of worksheets and how they are used. We found that most teachers believed that using worksheets in class has advantages for both students and teachers. On the other hand, 57% and 80% of the elementary and junior high school teachers, respectively, used worksheets in their classes.
