The technological innovation has yieldeb several problems with regard to workers in industry. The monotony of work is one of such problems.
The concern of the present paper is to analyze the background of the impacts of a monotonous work and to esplain a principle of human factors for adopting the new job design. It is suggested that the job enrichment would be the best job design from viewpoint of humanity in the present.
