As the operative indication of pelvic bone tumors is widely spread recently, the surgeon encounters many new problems. These include the problems of surgical exposure route, preservation of major nerves and vessels and pelvic organs, prevention of bleeding and infection, and reconstruction of the pelvic ring after tumor resection.
We present four cases of pelvic bone tumors, none of which was high grade malignant one. In these cases, we had one case of recurrence and another case of post-operative infection. We should remember the possibility of recurrence and try thorough resection of the tumor, even if the postoperative function is expected to get worse, especially in the case of low grade malignant tumors.
