Abstract:

This dataset contains ISIMIP2a (https://www.isimip.org, Schewe et al. 2019) simulation data from 8 biomes models: CARAIB (Dury et al. 2011), DLEM (Tian et al. 2014, Tian et al. 2015, Pan et al. 2014, Yang et al. 2015), JULES-B1 (Clark et al. 2013, Best et al. 2013, Harper et al. 2016), LPJ-GUESS (Smith et al. 2014), LPJmL (Sitch et al. 2003, Schaphoff et al. 2013, Bondeau et al. 2007), ORCHIDEE, VEGAS (Zeng et al. 2013, Zeng et al. 2005), and VISIT (Ito et al. 2002, Ito et al. 2012).

With version 2.0 of this dataset, the DOI page has been moved to the new ISIMIP repository.

Methods:

The ISIMIP2a biomes outputs are based on simulations from biomes models according to the ISIMIP2a protocol (https://www.isimip.org/protocol/2a/). A more detailed description of the models and model-specific amendments of the protocol are available at https://www.isimip.org/impactmodels.
