Abstract

The ideology of change characterizes science fiction and is an important factor in ensuring the realization of the rational and expressive features of the genre. The paper studies the ideology of change as a basis for science fiction expressed both in theoretical definitions of the genre and in discourse conditioning the creation of the unique world of science fiction.
