ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:

Neprofitne organizacije se nalaze pred mnogo izazova u modernom društvu, koje je opterećeno rastućom dinamikom i konkurencijom. Stoga je tendencija da neprofitne organizacije inkorporiraju praksu korporativnog upravlјanja u domenu organizacije, kontrole i poslovne odgovornosti. To je pomerilo težište operativnog upravljanja modernim neprofitnim organizacijama na privlačenje sredstava, a zadržava se strateška mera uspešnost neprofitne organizacija doprinosom u društvenoj dimenziji. Primarni cilj ovog rada jeste da se prikažu i istaknu odrednice modernog koncepta upravljanja neprofitnim organizacijama u cilju zadovoljenja javnog interesa odnosno stejkholdera. Adekvatna primena i dizajniranje specifičnih poslovnih modela za različite tipove neprofitnih organizacija omogućuje da se ostvaruju mnogobrojni benefiti za sve društvene aktere. Stoga rezultati rada mogu biti od koristi kreatorima društvenih politika kao instrument unapređenja društvenog okvira, a kreatorima neprofitnih organizacija kao osnova za unapređenje svrsihodnosti poslovanja.
