Pulmonary Insection with Toruplopsis species

Abstract
Torulopsis, a yeast not infrequently isolated from human material, which is ordinarily considered to be non-pathogenic assume a new role of impotance as primary pathogens. One case of pulmonary infiltration due to Torulopsis species is reported. The case is symptomatically and radiollogically improved by Amphotericin B.
