Research of MHD Influence during Preparation and Casting Aluminum Melt in Electromagnetic Field

Article Preview

Abstract:

The present article describes the developed mathematical models and results of the theoretical research of electromagnetic and thermo-hydrodynamic processes carried out with the help of the models. The research has been made with the account of their turbulent pattern and crystallization in an induction unit with MHD-impact at stages of preparation and pouring of the melt.
