变电构架复杂节点仿真分析系统开发与应用

摘要:

基于ANSYS的APDL语言进行变电构架复杂节点几何对象的参数化分析与三维建模,采用UIDL语言进行交互式面向用户的图形界面设计,开发了变电构架复杂节点可视化仿真分析系统,并将该系统数值仿真结果与试验结果进行了对比分析,验证了其正确性。该系统弥补了设计规范中由于将构架简化为杆系结构体系而无法准确分析构架节点各组成部件内力的不足,有效提高了变电构架复杂节点的设计精度、效率以及用户接受程度。

Abstract:

Based on the large universal finite element software ANSYS, the APDL language was applied to the parametric analysis and three-dimensional modeling of complex joint geometric objects of structural gantry of switchyard, and the UIDL language was used in the interactive graphical user interface design. Moreover, the visual simulation analysis system for complex joint of structural gantry of switchyard was developed. Meanwhile, the simulation system was verified when the simulation results were compared with experimental ones. The system makes up for deficiency the design code has in which the internal forces of various components in the complex joints of structural gantry of switchyard cannot be accurately analyzed because of the simplification of it as a truss structure system. It is important that the system improves design accuracy, efficiency, and the user acceptance of the simulation and analysis with ANSYS.
