基于病害关联性的运营隧道衬砌技术状况评价研究

Study on Evaluation of Lining Technical Condition of Operating Tunnel based on Disease Correlation

摘要: 在运营年限较长的隧道中,衬砌内会存在多种病害并且相互影响,因此有必要建立一套考虑病害关联性的隧道衬砌技术状况评价方法。通过案例收集调查国内15座运营隧道中166处衬砌结构病害的相关信息,并采用数据挖掘方法研究衬砌病害之间的关联性,然后参考现行规范选取了评价指标,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,使用工程可变模糊集理论确定各指标的隶属度向量,建立基于病害关联性的隧道衬砌技术状况综合评价模型。结合堡子梁隧道的实测数据进行计算,结果表明: 考虑病害之间关联性时,隧道衬砌的技术状况综合值排列顺序并未改变,但其数值均大幅增长,平均增长幅度为44.11%,这一结果与实际情况相符。

Abstract: In the longterm operation tunnels, multipile diseases may occur in the lining and have an effect on one another. Therefore it is necessary to establish an evaluation method for tunnel lining technology condition based on the disease correlation. Through case collection, 166 lining disease information in 15 operating tunnels are investigated. The data mining method is used to study the correlation among tunnel lining diseases. Then the evaluation index are selected according to the current standard the index weight is determined by AHP; the membership vector of each indicator is determined using engineering variable fuzzy set theory; and the comprehensive evaluation model of tunnel lining structure technical condition based on disease correlation is established eventually. Combined with the measured data from Baoziliang tunnel, the results show that: Considering the correlation among diseases, the order of comprehensive values of tunnel lining technical conditions does not change, but the values are increased significantly, with an average increase of 44.11%. This result is consistent with the actual situation.
