川藏铁路隧道设计理念与主要原则

摘要: 川藏铁路隧道工程规模大,地质条件极端复杂,高原高寒特殊气候显著,建设难度极大。为做好隧道工程的总体规划设计,通过大量调研、总结类似工程技术、专题研究和科技攻关,提出“科技引领、重视环境、安全智能”的川藏铁路隧道设计新理念,形成隧道选址、分合修、横断面、支护结构、防排水、防寒抗冻、防灾救援、机械化配套、施工通风和供氧、弃渣与环保、超前地质预报、施工组织等的主要设计原则,以期对川藏铁路隧道工程的规划和建设起到技术支撑作用。

Abstract: The tunnels on SichuanTibet railway have huge works quantity, extremely complex geological conditions and severe climatic features due to high plateau and very cold temperature, resulting in great construction difficulties. In order to do a good job in the overall planning and design of the tunnels, efforts have been paid in a large number of investigations, technology summary of similar projects, and scientific researches. Finally, the new design concept of achieving "using new technologies, attaching top importance to the environment protection and achieving safe and intelligent project" for the tunnels on SichuanTibet railway is proposed, and main design principles are proposed in terms of tunnel alignment selection, option of twin singletrack tunnels vs. option of doubletrack tunnel, as well as selection of crosssection, supporting structure, waterproofing and drainage measures, cold prevention and antifreezing measures, disaster prevention and rescue measures, construction machinery matching mode, construction ventilation and oxygen supply mode, spoils and environmental protection mode, advance geological prediction mode, and construction organization which can provide technical support for the planning and construction of the tunnels on SichuanTibet railway.
