Integrasi Strategis: Pengaruh Implementasi Teknologi Informasi terhadap Efisiensi Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia

Abstract

Pada era transformasi digital, perusahaan-perusahaan di seluruh dunia menghadapi tekanan untuk terus beradaptasi dengan perubahan cepat dalam lanskap bisnis global. Salah satu aspek kritis dalam menjawab tantangan ini adalah efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), yang menjadi fondasi utama kesuksesan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pengaruh implementasi teknologi informasi terhadap efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan tinjauan literatur yang luas, menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif untuk memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif tentang subjek, melibatkan rentang waktu dari 2015 hingga 2023. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa integrasi strategis antara teknologi informasi dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia telah membawa dampak yang signifikan pada cara organisasi mengelola, mengembangkan, dan memanfaatkan tenaga kerja mereka. Transformasi ini bukan hanya mencakup efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga memberikan dasar bagi perubahan budaya dan strategi yang lebih adaptif. Dengan adopsi teknologi informasi dalam berbagai aspek manajemen SDM, organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja, produktivitas, dan daya saing mereka di pasar yang terus berubah.
