Abstract (English):
This study is devoted to the development of the principles of landscape and architectural formation of urban transit spaces in the conditions of the city of Voronezh. The authors propose to take a fresh look at the pedestrian space of the streets. Today, streets are the most important public spaces. Therefore, it is necessary to develop them as special public spaces, filling them with new functions. A concept has been developed, the main task of which is to create a new quality public street space that meets the needs of all user groups. Landscape architecture plays a special and dominant role in this concept. Special attention is paid to the selection of utilitarian small architectural forms. Permeable wooden structures of benches with the integration of plants into these structures were chosen. At the same time, you can use both flower arrangements and low-growing shrubs.
