A non-uniform bridge connection of a high-frequency carrier-type thin-film magnetic field sensor was examined, using CoNbZr magnetic legs and Cu conductive legs in order to avoid cross-talk of the magnetic flux in adjacent legs of the bridge. A linearity of 0.70% was obtained with an external magnetic field of -4 to +4 Oe when feedback was provided with a feedback coil. The gain of the sensor was as high as 7.5 V/Oe when the gain of the differential amplifier of the feedback circuitry was 100.
