Abstract

This panel will open the day's theme with a discussion on global perspectives of a responsible green recovery - environmmental, fiscal and regulatory reforms to build back greener and better following the COVID-19 pandemic. Chaired by Professor Daniel Parsons, the panel will discuss how a succesful green recovery should address aspects of social justice, protection of nature and climate change, as well as the roles of government, trade, industries and academia.
