Features of economic stimulation of biodiesel production in the region

The article considers the expediency of creating complex processing plants for in-depth processing of oilseeds in regions with great potential for their production. It is substantiated that the export of finished products obtained from technical oilseeds is much more profitable from a financial and economic point of view than the export of raw materials for the production of oils and liquid motor fuels. It was found that at this stage of economic development of our state, to produce oil oils and biodiesel is profitable if they are sold on foreign markets. It was found that the lack of complexes for in-depth processing of technical oilseeds in Volyn region prevents the possibility of increasing financial revenues in the form of tax and other payments to local and state budgets. Based on these volumes of rapeseed production in the study region, calculations were made regarding the possible volumes of biodiesel production. The conditional division of the territory of the region into zones of oilseeds processing has been carried out. The location of processing industries in settlements (near settlements) of district and regional significance is substantiated. The possibility of new, but much smaller minibiodiesel plants near other settlements of district importance is envisaged. The study identified three main problems that hinder the development of biodiesel plants and found out what they are and what results they lead to. Measures of economic stimulation of creation and development in the region of the enterprises on manufacture of biodiesel are offered.
