Theoretical approaches to the definition and imperatives of sustainable human development

The strengthening trends of globalization within modern society are deeply connected with new requirements for business entities and national economies competitiveness within international markets. In particular, the social component creates an important theoretical background for practical manifestation in the form of sustainable human development. The sustainable human development issues are particularly important nowadays. Thus, the appropriate topic is presented within research of foreign and Ukrainian authors. However, there are still some problems, considering the theoretical approaches to sustainable human development structuring systematization and definition of sustainable human development imperatives. Thereby, our research purpose is chosen to solve the above mentioned problems. The primary stage of our research contains comparative analyzes of the essence and key manifestations of modernization, progress and development. The sustainable human development concept clarification is provided in the context of the structural component analysis of “sustainable development”. The comparative analysis of the Ukrainian-language analogues of sustainable human development dynamic and static component creates the background for its practical implementation. The triad of sustainable human development is distinguished in the context of systematic approach to its analysis. Namely, the education, health and social welfare are considered as the triad components. Conceptual principles of sustainable human development are analyzed on the basis of economic, social and environmental components research (general conceptual approach to the sustainable human development structuring). The sustainable human development imperatives are identified as part of an appropriate system. The principles of information and network economy formation, the specifics of financialization of economic activity and the importance of the specialization of economic relations are emphasized. As a result, the study highlights the need to combine the dynamics of human development with the “balance” between its structural components in Ukraine.
