Abstract

The Recyclocity; Green is planned to be off-the-grid using solar orientation, passive cooling, and can generate income.  It acts as an educational learning hub utilising workshops.  There are also some proposed activities which I considered as part of the designed landscape.  They are open-air theatre during the night, a linear garden or park.  The internal connection between spaces and users' circulation is an absolutely essential attraction.  Re-use of shipping containers in order to create the structure of a building - due to their convenient size, shipping containers are well-suited for use in houses and their appeal lies in their apparent simplicity.
