Матеріали досліджують питання про зайняття людей, що беруть участь у виконанні. У сучасному кримінальному законі України, представництва та умови зайнятості людей, визначених у виконанні, встановлюються в такій мірі, що вони стрімко відрізняються від позицій і умов роботи з інших громадських організацій, які працюють в різних формах. Хоча, робота наказів у партійних інститутах є значною мірою від роботи, виконаної за звичайними працівниками. Відповідь на запобігання конфіденційності в роботі в комбінації з іншими засобами (регіоном служіння курсу, соціальної та освітньої праці, etc.), це можливо, щоб досягти позитивних змін у індивідуальності конфіденційності, які є реальною можливістю в future in the direction of adaptation to life after release from serving the sentence.

Analysis of cientific publications concerning the labor use of convicts before deprivation of liberty, in vasty majority, indicates international approaches to this problem, that is, convicts can be involved in work for the purpose of correction and acquisition of certain skills, для purpose compensation for material losses, moral damage to persons, victims from crimes, or profit making by enterprises of penal institutions.

Було виконано реформування нормативних і національних principles of labor use of convicts in places of deprivation of liberty, changes in approaches to regulation and organization of work of convicts during the execution and serving of punishment, can contribute to improving the situation in the direction of the implementation of such a means of resocialization as the labor of convicts. У додатку, застосовуючи до акаунту в управлінні інституту виконання дій за особливими характеристиками кондиціонерів може бути застосовано в процесі роботи використання контурів.
