PENGUATAN KELEMBAGAAN DESA WISATA MELALUI KAMPANYE SADAR WISATA 5.0 DALAM MENCIPTAKAN PARIWISATA BERKELANJUTAN

Abstract


Abstrak: Beberapa pengelolaan desa wisata oleh POKDARWIS memiliki kekurangan dalam fungsi dan efektivitas kelembagaan. Kondisi tersebut secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan dan perkembangan desa wisata. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat fungsi kelembagaan POKDARWIS dan lembaga masyarakat lainnya melalui implementasi kampanye sadar wisata 5.0 yang dicanangkan Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Program pengabdian yang dilakukan berfokus pada kegiatan: (1) pendampingan POKDARWIS; (2) pendampingan kelompok PKK; (3) pendampingan pelaku seni dan budaya; serta (4) pendampingan organisasi karang taruna. Peserta yang terlibat dalam pendampingan ini berjumlah 60 orang Lebih lanjut, kegiatan ini berupaya meningkatkan kapasitas, pemahaman serta kesadaran antar kelompok masyarakat dalam upaya menciptakan pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Evaluasi melalui postest dilakukan selama kegiatan pendampingan berlangsung dan pasca kegiatan pendampingan sebagai bentuk evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan, sebanyak 51 peserta (85%) memahami pentingnya kampanye sadar wisata bagi penguatan kelembagaan dalam menciptakan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini mampu memberikan dampak positif dalam pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Selain itu, hasil kegiatan ini mampu menyamakan presepsi positif masyarakat yang tertuang dalam nota kesepahaman.

Abstract: Some of the management of tourist villages by POKDARWIS needs to improve in institutional function and effectiveness. These conditions directly affect the management and development of tourist villages. This community service activity aims to strengthen the institutional functions of POKDARWIS and other community organizations by implementing the 5.0 tourism awareness campaign launched by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The community service program focuses on (1) POKDARWIS assistance; (2) PKK group assistance; (3) arts and culture actors assistance; and (4) youth organization assistance. Participants involved in this assistance amounted to 60 people. Furthermore, this activity seeks to increase capacity, understanding, and awareness among community groups to create sustainable tourism management. Evaluation through post-tests during and after mentoring activities as a form of evaluation. The evaluation results showed that 51 participants (85%) understood the importance of tourism awareness campaigns for institutional strengthening in creating sustainable tourism. The results of this community service can positively impact sustainable tourism management. In addition, the results of this activity were able to equate the positive perceptions of the community as contained in the memorandum of understandin.
