This study aims to clarify the characteristics of public facility management in small municipality, focusing on the reasonable accommodation implemented in public facilities in Numata, Hokkaido. Through interviews and discussions with stakeholders, it became clear that reasonable accommodation in the management of public facilities is a process of searching for a compromise. Especially in small municipality, a variety of practices are being implemented, making use of relationships and cooperation between public facilities.
