PERBEDAAN PERILAKU CYBERLOAFING DITINJAU DARI JENIS KELAMIN KARYAWAN MALL X DI SURABAYA

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in cyberloafing behavior based on male and female gender among Mall X at Surabaya employees. The subjects of this study were 80 respondents, with details of 40 male respondents and 40 female respondents at Mall X at Surabaya. The technique used in this research is the Independent Simple T-test and to find out whether there are differences in cyberloafing behavior based on gender (male and female). Reliability results with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.937 with 2x rounds. In addition to the prerequisite test that has been fulfilled that the data is normally distributed and homogeneous, the technique used in this study is the One Way ANOVA Test (Independent Simple t-test) to determine differences in cyberloafing behavior based on male and female gender in employees Mall X At Surabaya. The results of this study prove that the hypothesis is accepted by obtaining a value of ρ = 0.044 with a significant level (ρ <0.05) resulting in a value of F = 0.167, so it can be concluded that cyberloafing behavior has differences based on men and women. then the above hypothesis is accepted.
