The seventh verse of Surah Al-Imran indicates the specific "ihkām" of some verses, while the first verse of Surah Hud indicates the general "ihkām" of the all verses. The solutions of commentators to solve this contradiction are based on the polysemantic approach of the concept of "ihkām". But the solution of the present article is different and based on the single-meaning approach of "ihkām". "ihkām" means preventing the verses from being revealed in inappropriate situations, and preventing them from being applied to false examples after being revealed. From the point of view of "taʾwīl", or the gradual revelation, "ihkām" is a temporary feature of each verse. God prevents the revelation of the verses in inappropriate situations, but after the revelation and during "taʾwīl", or the application of the verses to new examples, only The "ihkām" of the verses that do not have any similarities with other verses continue.
