تبیین نقش سوگیری‌های شناختی بر بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های کسب و کار با میانجی‌گری ادراک از ریسک (مورد مطالعه: بانوان کارآفرین استان لرستان)

چکیده

با توجه به نقش‌آفرینی قلمرو شناخت کارآفرینانه در برانگیختن کارآفرینان بالقوه به بروز رفتار و اقدام‌های کارآفرینانه در شرایط عدم قطعیت محیطی که یکی از دلایل اصلی آن ادراک از ریسک کمتر کارآفرینان می‌باشد، اغلب مطالعات این حوزه بر کارآفرینان مرد صورت پذیرفته و درک محققان از به­کارگیری سوگیری‌های شناختی توسط بانوان کارآفرین محدود باقی مانده است. به­علاوه نقش سوگیری‌های شناختی بر بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌ها به­عنوان یکی از فازهای کلیدی فرآیند کارآفرینانه مورد غفلت واقع شده است. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش تبیین نقش سوگیری‌های شناختی بانوان کارآفرین بر بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های کسب­وکار با میانجی‌گری ادراک از ریسک می‌باشد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی- همبستگی است. داده‌های این پژوهش از نمونه‌ای 184 نفری از بانوان کارآفرین استان لرستان، که به شیوۀ تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند، گردآوری و با روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار پی‌ال‌اس آزمون شد. روابط میانجی مدل نیز توسط آزمون سوبل بررسی شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد سوگیری‌های شناختی بانوان کارآفرین شامل اطمینان بیش از حد، توهم کنترل، نمایندگی، مغالطۀ برنامه‌ریزی و خوش‌بینی بر بهره‌برداری آنها از فرصت‌های کسب و کار تأثیر مستقیم و مثبت دارد و همچنین سوگیری‌های شناختی مذکور از طریق متغیر میانجی ادراک از ریسک به­طور غیرمستقیم بر بهره‌برداری بانوان کارآفرین از فرصت‌های کسب و کار تأثیر مثبت می‌گذارد.
