عوامل مؤثر بر کاهش تمایل زنان روستایی به حرفه قالی‏بافی در شهرستان شیراز

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کاهش تمایل زنان روستایی شهرستان شیراز در اشتغال به قالی‏بافی صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل زنان بافنده روستایی بود که به کمک رابطه کوکران، میانگین جامعه 38 نفر به‏‌دست آمد و برای دستیابی به داده‌های دقیق‌تر، تعداد هشتاد نفر بافنده به‏‌صورت تصادفی با مراجعه به اتحادیه بافندگان فرش انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه بود که با پاسخ‏گویی بافندگان بی‌‏سواد و کم‌سواد در قالب مصاحبه تکمیل و با نظرسنجی داده‌های اولیه جمع‌آوری و به روش تحلیل عاملی بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل (فرهنگی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فنی، قانونی، زیست‏‌محیطی و بهداشتی) بر کاهش تمایل زنان روستایی به قالی‏بافی تأثیر دارد و این عوامل 39/59 درصد از واریانس عوامل مؤثر بر کاهش تمایل زنان روستایی به قالی‏بافی را تبیین می‌کنند.

چکیده [English]

This research aimed at identifying the factors affecting the decrease in rural women’s desire for carpet weaving in Shiraz County of Iran. The statistical population included 38 rural carpet weaving women, meanly estimated by sample size formula, who were randomly increased to 80 individuals to obtain more accurate data. The carpet weavers were selected by referring to the concerned union. The research tool was a questionnaire responded by illiterate and low-literate wavers through interviews. Primary data were analyzed by a factor analysis. The results showed cultural, economic, social, technical, legal, environmental and health factors affecting the decreased tendency of the rural women to carpet weaving occupation. These factors explained 59.39 percent of the variance.
