چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر هوش عاطفی بر موفقیت شغلی‌ذهنی با نقش واسطه‌ی نگرش‌های فراحدی شغلی در پرستاران است.
روش‌ها: این پژوهش به روش توصیفی‌همبستگی صورت گرفت. پس از آنکه ادبیات نظری پژوهش در زمینه‌ی قلمروی موضوعی بررسی گردید، مدل پژوهش تدوین شد. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش، پرستاران بیمارستان خورشید بودند که تعداد آن‌ها 445 نفر در سال 1400 برآورد شد. از میان کل جامعه‌ی آماری به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، از 220 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران نظرخواهی شد. سپس پژوهشگر داده‌ها را با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ای که با اقتباس و بومی‌سازی پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد مدون کرده بود، جمع‌آوری کرد. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی از طریق مدل درونی و بیرونی با نرم‌افزار Smart Pls صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل فرضیه‌های پژوهش نشان داد که هوش عاطفی بر موفقیت شغلی‌ذهنی (ضریب تأثیر: 297/0) هوش عاطفی بر نگرش‌های فراحدی شغلی (ضریب تأثیر: 444/0) و نگرش‌های فراحدی شغلی بر موفقیت شغلی‌ذهنی (ضریب تأثیر: 277/0) تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. همچنین نتایج آزمون سوبل نشان داد که نگرش‌های فراحدی شغلی تا حدی تأثیر هوش عاطفی را بر موفقیت شغلی‌ذهنی میانجی‌گری می‌کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج آزمون فرضیات نشان‌دهنده‌ی تأثیر غیرمستقیم هوش عاطفی بر موفقیت شغلی‌ذهنی با میانجی‌گری نگرش‌های فراحدی شغلی بود.

The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Subjective Job Success with the Mediating Role of Boundryless Career Attitudes

Introduction: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on mental job success mediated by the role of extra-occupational attitudes in nurses.
Methods:  This research was carried out by descriptive correlation method. After reviewing the theoretical literature of the research in the context of the subject area, the researchers developed the research model. The research's statistical population was 445 nurses in Khorshid Hospital nurses in 2021. From the entire statistical population, 220 people were polled based on Cochran's formula by random sampling. The researcher collected data using a questionnaire that he had written by adapting and localizing standard questionnaires. Data analysis was done on two levels: descriptive and inferential statistics through internal and external models with Smart Pls software.
Results: The findings showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on mental job success (path coefficient: 0.297) and cross-border attitudes (path coefficient: 0.444), while cross-border attitudes had a positive and significant effect on mental occupations’ success (path coefficient: 0.277). Also, the results of the Sobel test showed that cross-border job attitudes, to some extent, mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on mental job success.
Conclusion: The hypothesis test results showed the indirect effect of emotional intelligence on mental job success mediated by cross-border job attitudes.
