چکیده

هدف این پژوهش طراحی مدل جامع برای مدیریت رفتار منابع انسانی با رویکرد کارآفرینانه بود. روش تحقیق حاضر از جمله تحقیقات آمیخته بود. در این تحقیق از روش داده بنیاد در بخش کیفی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران ارشد سازمانهای ورزشی شامل مدیران ادارات ورزش و جوانان و هیات‌های ورزشی استان لرستان بودند. تعداد نمونه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی بر اساس روش هدفمند و تعداد 20 نفر انتخاب شدند و در بخش کمی نمونه اماری شامل 289 نفر بودند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه بسته بود. به جهت تحلیل داده‌های کیفی از کدگذاری به صورت کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی و در بخش کمی از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که شرایط علی شامل نگرش و مسئولیت‌پذیری سازمان‌های ورزشی به کارآفرینی؛ پدیده محوری داشتن مدیریت منابع کارآفرینانه؛ راهبردها داشتن راهبردهای فردی و سازمانی؛ شرایط مداخله‌گر داشتن نظام اداری و مدیریتی؛ شرایط زمینه‌ای داشتن توسعه و مشوق جویی کارآفرینی و پیامدها توسعه فردی و سازمانی می‌باشند. مدل نهایی این پژوهش می‌تواند به عنوان یک راهنما و الگو در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی در سازمان‌های ورزشی مورد توجه مدیران ورزشی قرار بگیرد.
