چکیده

رهبری توانمندساز سبکی از رهبری است که در آن ، رهبران می توانند توزیع و اعمال قدرت را همراه با زیردستان به منظور توسعه استقلال وخودکنترلی آنها تنظیم و هماهنگ کنند . رهبران توانمندساز افراد را برمی انگیزانند تا ذهنیت های منفعل را درهم شکسته، مسئولیت پذیری خود را افزایش دهند و در قبال پیامدهای کاری توان پاسخگویی بیشتری داشته باشند . هدف این پژوهش، طراحی مدل ساختاری تفسیری پیشایندهای رهبری توانمندساز در سازمان های ورزشی است. در این پژوهش پس از مطالعة ادبیات پژوهش و شناسایی پیشایندهای رهبری توانمندساز و گنجاندن آنها در پرسشنامة نیمه بسته ای مبتنی بر طیف لیکرت، پرسشنامه میان 18 نفر از مدیران و خبرگان سازمان های ورزشی استان کرمان توزیع گردید که با استفاده از نمونه گیری های مفهوم و گلوله برفی شناسایی شدند. طبق نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل داده های سنجة اخیر، درمجموع 12متغیر در5سطح، سطح اول(اعتماد رهبر به کارکنان ، رابطه رهبر عضو ، خودکارآمدی ، ریسک پذیری و عزت نفس) ، سطح دوم ( جو سازمانی)، سطح سوم ( ساختارسازمانی ، فاصله قدرت و اجتناب از عدم اطمینان) ، سطح چهارم (شخصیت رهبر و تمایل به کنترل) و سطح پنجم ( جنسیت ) به عنوان پیشایندهای رهبری توانمندساز شناسایی شدند.
