Abstract

This report presents the theoretical explanation for the Tape Printing Method. The “Duble Reflexion Theory” was proposed, and the formula described below was introduced for the Tape Printing contrast C1
C1=1/1-G(x, n)
G(x, n) is the numbers of index for the normal reflexion of lightbeams focused on the surface of adhesive tape.
G(x, n)=1/2{tan2(ψ-x)/tan2(ψ+x)+sin2(ψ-x)/sin2(ψ+x)}
n=sin x/sinψ
x” is the incidence angles of light beams. “n” is the refraction index of the adhesive tape.
