EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF OPERATION OF PASSENGER CARS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Abstract. The relevance of the article is in the following main aspects. Manufacturers offer new modern passenger cars with the complex of various electronic and electrical systems that ensure reliable, safe and convenient operation of the car in order to provide advantages when selling in the framework of competition. In this regard, there is a need to compare the parameters of the efficiency of operation of passenger cars of previous years and modern cars. It is known that the process of operation of any car is accompanied not only by the process of operation itself (as the performance of transport work), the system of maintaining and restoring the serviceable technical condition in the form of diagnosis, maintenance and repair, but also the emergence of various emergency circumstances (traffic accidents, fires, etc.). The author previously proposed a method of evaluating the efficiency of cars, which was developed and tested in the aggregate impact of failures of elements of different hierarchical level of the car that determine how education technical faults and failures, leading to loss of functionality of the car as a whole, and forming the conditions for the occurrence of emergency circumstances. In addition, the method of assessing the effectiveness of the operation of vehicles allows you to take into account activities related to the prevention of malfunctions and failures, as well as related to the maintenance and restoration of technically sound condition of the car and its elements. The purpose of this article was to check the possibility of using the method of efficiency evaluation of passenger vehicles with regard to the technical condition of electrical components during trouble-free operation. Despite the low probability of occurrence of such events over the lifetime of the car, there is a possibility of origin in a certain period of operation. For the study, it was decided to use Lada Vesta cars as the best-selling in Russia. Thus, for the first time proposed by the author scientifically-based methodology allows to obtain results not only taking into account the failure rates and malfunctions during operation and emergency situations, but also in the conditions of accident-free operation of the car. The practical significance lies in the possibility of applying this technique, both for enterprises and organizations, and for individual owners. The method can be used in theoretical and practical studies of the efficiency of operation of passenger cars to assess the proposed measures.
