Abstract
이 조사는 호텔 종사자의 직무소외 분석자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 호텔 식음료부문 종사자들을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 그 설문지는 직무소진, 직무스트레스, 직무열의 등에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
