ИНТЕРРЕЛИГИЈСКИ ДИЈАЛОГ И ПОЛИТИКА: НИЈЕ ПИТАЊЕ „ШТА“ ВЕЋ „КАКО“?

Сажетак

Иако светске религије имају много тога заједничког, историја света препуна је примера како су политика и политички актери били веома ефикасни у инструментализацији оног што их раздваја и дели у циљу постизања политичких циљева. Неретко се дешавало и обрнуто. То су, између осталог, и разлози зашто је историја светских религија у ствари историја сукоба и ратова. Интеррелигијски дијалог представља један од покушаја превазилажења несугласица између светских религија. У складу са тим, основна теза коју аутор доказује у овом раду јесте да интеррелигијски дијалог има важну (гео)политичку димензију и функцију. Међутим, ова димензија интеррелигијског дијалога дуго је била занемаривана. Последично, постоји јаз у, пре свега, домаћој литератури у истраживању политичке димензије интеррелигијског дијалога. У раду користим релевантну полит-религиолошку литературу и на савременим примерима доказујемо колико је (гео)политичка димензија интеррелигијског дијалога важна за истраживаче и како искористити интеррелигијски дијалог у циљу јачања демократских потенцијала савремених друштава.
