ارائه مدلی مناسب جهت توسعه کسب‌وکارهای مبتنی بر فین‌تک در حوزه مالی و بانکی

چکیده

صنعت بانکداری جهانی، در حال تحولات اساسی در سالهای اخیر است؛ بنابراین، بانک‌های سرتاسر دنیا مجبورند به این تحولات واکنش نشان دهند. در همین حال، شرکت‌های نوپای فناوری مالی که به آنها فین‌تک گفته می‌شود مترصد پاسخ به نیازهای نوظهور مشتریان و حتی خلق نیازهای جدید در مشتریان هستند. طبق آمار تعداد کثیری از کسب‌وکارهای فین‌تکی، به دلایل متعدد نظیر نداشتن چارچوب مشخصی برای توسعه کسب‌وکار خود شکست‌خورده‌اند که این امر منجر به هدررفتن زمان و هزینه‌های بسیاری شده است.
این پژوهش باهدف جلوگیری از اتلاف منابع به ارائه مدلی مناسب جهت توسعه کسب‌وکارهای مبتنی بر فین‌تک در حوزه مالی و بانکی پرداخته است. روش مورداستفاده در این پژوهش، نظریه داده‌بنیاد است که مبنای آن بیش از هزار دقیقه مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان صنعت فین‌تک بوده است. نتیجه حاصل از پردازش مصاحبه ها که با روش کد گذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد استخراج 686 مؤلفه بود که از بین آنها ۱۱۲ مؤلفه‌ اختصاصی برای توسعه کسب‌وکارها در حوزه فین‌تک بودند. در انتها مؤلفه‌های «شناسایی و خلق ارزش‌ و اندازه‌گیری دقیق آن» به‌عنوان مقوله محوری و مؤلفه‌هایی مانند «شناخت متغیرهای اقتصادی»، «جلب اعتماد مشتریان مالی» و «داشتن شراکت یا حمایت بانک‌های بزرگ» از مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌ها شناسایی شدند.

The global banking industry has recently been undergoing fundamental changes. The financial system has to react to these changes worldwide. Start-up financial technology companies called Fintech are looking to respond to emerging customer needs and even create new customers' needs. According to available statistics, a large number of Fintech businesses have failed for various reasons, such as not having a clear framework for their business development, which has led to the wastage of resources. This study has provided a suitable model for the development of Fintech businesses. It used the methodology of "Grounded Theory". Based on this method, it conducted more than a thousand minutes of semi-structured interviews with experts in the Fintech industry. The findings are the extraction of 686 components out of which 112 were, specifically, related the Fintech. Based on these findings, the research model was constructed and theory by doing open, axial, and selective coding. In the end, the components of "recognition and creation of value and its accurate measurement" were identified as the central factors of the model.
